In my experience, ordering from Full Windsor was okay overall, but not exactly smooth. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time, so that part was fine, but once I opened it, the order wasn’t completely correct.
One of the items wasn’t the one I had chosen, and there was also a small part missing that I was expecting to be included. I actually went back and checked my receipt a couple of times because I thought I might have clicked the wrong thing, but from what I could tell, it wasn’t my mistake.
Customer service did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took a little longer than I would’ve liked. Personally, I found it frustrating having to chase things up for something that should’ve been right the first time. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either.

I tried using it on my phone and it was kind of a mess. The menus kept glitching, then I’d tap something and end up somewhere else, and half the time I couldn’t even find what I was looking for. Maybe it works better on a computer, I don’t know, but on mobile it just felt way harder than it should’ve.

I tried placing an order, but the website was clunky and not very easy to navigate. It took me longer than expected to find what I was looking for, and the checkout process felt more annoying than it needed to be. If you’re planning to order, I’d give yourself a little extra time and double-check everything before checking out.

I ordered from fullwindsor.com and the product itself was fine, but the international shipping experience really wasn’t great. It took much longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was left wondering what was going on. I had to reach out for information, and it kind of felt like I was being ignored. Then I ended up getting hit with an extra customs fee too. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again

I bought this as a gift, and I’m kind of annoyed because I was expecting it to feel a little more special. The item itself wasn’t terrible, but the packaging was really plain and the whole thing came off underwhelming in person. It gave me mixed signals, like maybe it was okay, but definitely not something I felt excited to hand over. Ended up being a bit awkward, honestly. I probably wouldn’t use this site again when I need a nice present.

I’ll admit, I was a little embarrassed after getting excited about this stuff and then realizing how expensive it ended up being. It does feel sturdy, I’ll give it that, but the weight gets old really fast if it’s in your pocket or bag. I was expecting something lightweight and convenient, not something I’m constantly aware of all day.

Maybe the weight won’t bother everyone, but it definitely bothered me. For what I wanted, this was a disappointing buy, and I don’t see myself reaching for it much.

I bought this Full Windsor utensil/tool thinking it was finally going to make camp cooking a little easier for me, but of course once I actually needed it on a wet hike, it just became one more thing to deal with. With cold hands it was hard to grip, it seemed to pick up dirt constantly, and the little built-in functions weren’t nearly as helpful as they looked when I was trying to cook at camp.

Maybe it’s fine for a casual picnic or something where conditions are perfect, but for real outdoor use I felt kind of let down. I wanted this to be practical, not just another “clever” gadget that sounds good until you’re stuck outside fighting with it

I ordered my usual size thinking it would be an easy purchase, but the fit was really tight and just felt awkward on me. It’s frustrating when something as simple as sizing ends up being such a hassle. I had to send it back

I sent my order back and then I had to keep asking them where the refund was, which was annoying. The replies came slow and didn’t really help much when they did answer. It ended up taking way longer than I thought it should, so yeah, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve been using this tool for a bit, and while it does the job okay, cleaning it has been more annoying than I expected. Small bits keep getting stuck in the corners, and I usually have to spend extra time scrubbing them out. It’s not a terrible product, but it definitely isn’t as easy to clean as I was hoping.

I thought this would be handy to bring along, but it don’t really work for travel. It’s just too bulky in my bag and takes up way more space than I expected.

For the price, I expected a lot better. I’m not asking for some indestructible miracle tool, but come on, it should at least feel like it’s built to last more than a couple uses. It feels more like a clever-looking idea than an actually durable product, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m still waiting on my order, and the shipping has felt painfully slow. To be fair, delays can happen and I don’t know if it’s the seller or the carrier, but I do wish there had been better updates along the way.

I was hoping this would feel more sustainable, but it didn’t really come across that way to me. The whole experience also felt a bit impersonal, like there wasn’t a real person behind it.

I tried to pay twice, but every time I checked out it just looped me right back to the cart with no clear error message. Frustrating and a waste of time, so I ended up giving up. Has anyone else run into this?

I wasn’t hard on it at all, just used it the way anyone normally would. If you’re considering this, I’d say check around for something with better long-term durability, because this one didn’t last for me and I wouldn’t buy it again.
